Hey Guys, I was just wondering what your thoughts were on those Windows Semi-Automated Repair tools? I understand the advantages of Boot USB/CD's when you can't get into Windows at all such as Hiren's BootCD, Ultimate Boot CD amp my personal old favourite, FalconFour's Ultimate Boot CD. I now use a 500GB USB 3.1 (Gen.1) SSD device with a combination of Paul Vreeland's All in One – System Rescue Toolkit (https://paul.is-a-geek.org/aio-srt/) (that doubles as a Boot USB as well), Tweaking.c. I spent on the pro version of Tweaking.com Windows Repair AIO and I got my serial number but no matter how many times I enter it, it tells me to restart the program in order for the changes to take effect, but I am still under the free version! My purchased code does NOT work! it does NOT on ANY computer I try it on!!! I contacted my bank for a refund and gave Tweaking.com a poor WOT rating. I thought I'd post this so you guys don't fall victim Yesterday I tried to get assistance from the microsoft support site for an issue I've been having with updating windows 8.
